That's an unexpected and very welcome reduction - well done CTFC. I look forward to renewing. Not sure I understand the equal pricing West and East stand be interesting to see if it means more sell out West side and less East perhaps.
Any price decrease is fine by me but calling my £1 per match reduction sizable is pushing it.
Now, you know I'm not a moaner "cough!" but why do the benefits go to the people who pay less money overall? I mean. I pay £345 for my tickets this season. Why should someone paying £90 less get preferential deals and cup tickets?

I think my season ticket and my son's has gone down in the region of around 28%? Given we are likely to get much better football too (yes still to be seen!), it's a great offer. Hope it really gets marketed strongly now
I doubt many if any clubs in L2 are reducing prices, including those relegated. Also worth noting the match day prices is the same whether purchased in advance or on the day, which previously paying more on the day was unpopular. Furthermore a student reduction. Very sensible pricing. What's not to like?

Possibly a sign they will be employing more staff to cope with the matchday ticket sales rush? The Twitter call yesterday definitely made a reference to the office staff being enlarged, which I'm sure will be a relief to our very overstreched teams currently
I was thinking when they talked about staff it would mean that we'll be hiring more people in the catering department 🤣 as I feel that's what's needed the most to manage queues better
But yes, really positive about these prices, will end up being around £70 cheaper for me even though I am planning to move to the main stand from the terrace. Also the football will likely be way better than last season too

Just thought I'd start the winging off.
Jim Baker
not sure what you are comparing Jim but for me Id say very well done Preston and team
Looks a decent result to me. I would be unable to attend quite a few games so my usual way is to buy on the day for the south terrace. Was £16. Now £10 (old fart's discount).
I get £1 off at Kew Gardens too
EDIT: Come to think of it I was paying £18 when leaving it until the day.
I think we were all probably expecting a nominal amount off, maybe around 30 quid or so? And inevitably you’d have had the cynics saying what’s the point of that.
So they’ve done the right thing in making a big splash with the price cuts to really shake things up a bit and make the biggest statement they can that we are in a new era.
So we’ll probably need to sell another couple of hundred season tickets or so to break even on last year, which I think is very do-able and we may do better than that
