Look forward to it, give us a shout when it is ready
Will do man. Hopefully can retain some of you guys as regular listeners through the season as well as we do a weekly release.
We’re still fairly new and this was our first proper interview of someone, but I’m so happy with how it went, and looking forward to sharing with yourselves.

Also meant to say, I’m a Hartlepool fan as well.
Nice one. Good luck to Hartlepool next season (except against Crawley )

Same with you guys, good luck for the season. I think it’s possibly exciting times ahead for you guys. Hopefully I’ll be able to come down for the Hartlepool away game, but it’s even more of a journey for me as I’m north of the border. I’ll try get down though
I’ve been reading your Twitter feed and I’m mightily concerned this interview isn’t going to be very impartial
I mean. Hilarious right 🤨🤨
I mean we weren’t on a witch hunt for the guy, we have actually ended up liking him quite a lot from discussions, before during and after the podcast. I for one was very cynical of him and Wagmi at first and said on an earlier podcast that I didn’t like the way they announced Yems being sacked and still stand by that, that’s a club matter. But yeah, their thinking is certainly winning me round, just got to see how it relates across a season. If it does and you guys get promoted and further success I’m sure you’ll be one of the first to praise them.

Hope the games against them this season are far better than the ones last year (they were two of the worst IMO)
Having now listened, I can see why it appeared on twitter etc that this was going to be a far from impartial interview. Taking sponsorship from WAGMI United to give a soft touch interview like that 😒
As for Gary V. I’m not sure he is the hero you think he is.
Listened to the Preston interview for the full hour and was more impressed than I have been at any time. The guys running it were a little star struck but thought the whole session was well worth a listen and watch.
He did explain more about what NFTS's were and his concept for our club. He alluded to the sale of NFT's being like a virtual season ticket allowing holders to get benefit's unique to them. That was helpful. He did also stress that he wanted us local fans to be fully involved. On the NFT point he explained that owners could be easily validated using block chain so for example if there were 20 physical copies of the Mona Lisa you could see who had the real one - again helpful. I don't still understand why people pay millions for art work NFTs and don't own the physical painting - anybody know? What do they get for their money?
Anyway in essence as he explained his background its clear he is a gambler at heart ready to take a chance and he would appear to have been successful at that so far so here's hoping the model he envisages of selling Crawley Town(or potentially Wagmi United as well - to be decided) works and we get many stakeholders pumping money into the club.
Yes its a risk but as I mentioned, the more I see of him, the more I think his hopes are our hopes and the ride will be seat of the pants stuff but it wont be boring and for that he has my support

Any move to rename the club must be resisted with full force.
