We need to ensure that the goal lines are clearly marked and visible to all officials.
what about our players? Or are you suggesting we may get a shot on target? My prediction if im honest is we havent yet worked out our best 11 and got fully to grips with the tippy tap football, sadly I can see a 1-0 Orient win.
Hoping for Balagizi at the Back of the Diamond 4 in Midfield and Nicholls at the Top of the Diamond 4 on Saturday. Jurgen Klopp has already said Balagizi is Great at the Back of the Diamond on Numerous Occasions. Does Betsy know better than Klopp? Playing a 3-4-1-2 Formation against Carlisle produced 0 Shots because it played out more like a 5-2-1-2 Format. C'mon Betsy - Get the Formation Right on Saturday and Reap the Rewards!
We will win if the Formation is Right. Otherwise We Will Not! The 3 Centre Backs may work if Lynch is 1 of them because he may have a License to get Forward Frequently and he a Good Attacking Threat, Otherwise dont bother with the 3 Centre Backs because Omole,Conroy, Francomb are nothing like them 3 Sheff Utd Centre Backs were 3 years ago.

Run me through how you play a diamond formation with a back 3 and wingbacks again, diamonds are associated with back 4s. Are you picking just one actual striker at home?
For someone who thinks formations are everything (they really aren't), you haven't seemed to make up your mind if you want a back 3 or not here
Yes Orient by all accounts played well on Saturday so are in good nick. But I feel we will get back to the performance levels we showed against Hearts and will be good value for 1-1

I thought the above was self explanatory. We need to play a Back 4 , Diamond 4, Front 2 to get the full benefit of our best player Balagizi. Arguably we could play 3 centre halfs when Lynch is fit, because he will overlap and be an attacking threat also, but when Lynch is not available do not play 3 Centre Halfs. The purpose of having 3 centre halfs is so that they can move forward frequently and become attacking threats. Omole, Conroy, Francombe are not attacking threats in this formation. Totally different from Basham, Egan & O'Connell, so I recommend we do not even try this system with those players.

But if Lynch is available, what then? If he is and you have a back 3, then you have to choose between a diamond or having two strikers, and I'm not clear what you want
Got my ticket yesterday and really looking forward to our first home game under the new manager and several new players. Also intrigued to see if the match day experience has improved.
I'm hoping Betsy and the players learned some lessons from Sat (and Tuesday). However, we don't need to throw the baby out with the bath water. Personally think 3 at the back and 3 up front leaves you light in midfield especially if the two wing backs are pushed back (like Croatia did to England).
I think Orient are a team heading for promotion this season and so I'd be happy with a draw but I'm expecting a loss. Hey! Happy if I'm wrong.
Isn't it funny how after a couple of bad results our expectations have gone down! A few weeks ago we were heading for promotion! I think the thing that most of us are frustrated with is the lack of progressing the ball up the field which means we simply don't look like scoring
