I do get your dislike for Betsy, though I don’t share it, and at least you’ve identified someone you’d rather have instead.

However, what people always seem to forget is that you’d have to compensate the manager that’s being got rid of for breaking their contract (plus probably some of the other staff as well) and also probably have to compensate Barnet for pinching their Head Coach (and other staff too), always assuming of course that Barnet are happy to lose him/them.

Yeh counterpoint, he won’t be sacked, we’re in the middle of a huge ticket selling frenzy at the moment for the cup. Know it’s all a bit Mickey Mouse for you but the “cash” flowing (yep not yours admittedly) says different 👍
