Remember Thomas!? He is doing fine and dandy!

Real shame he didn't do well. I think fans quite liked him. They just didn't like him as a footballer 🤣

I always wondered whether it was down to him or down to circumstance.

It seemed he was always slow and immobile but his scoring record since he returned to Netherlands is outstanding. Maybe it was English football, or maybe Kewell wanted to play a certain style of football which just didn't suit Thomas.

Anyway good to see him doing well.

The standard of football he is playing in is conference south at best, that is why he banged 30 goals

Strange thing was, after he got injured (against Lincoln, win 3-1, put us 9th in the table), our season was never the same again…

Maybe it's just as simple as the Dutch league being much more suited to his way of playing

Sounds like they have some nutters in their fan base then more than anything
