If I were to pay for ifollow and found the game already played would I get my money back? According to Football Web Pages App and BBC its on Saturday www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/teams/crawley-town/scores-fixtures/2022-12 Depending on England and if and how they progress in the World Cup England could play Friday or Saturday, so will this fixture yo-yo and change again? The confusion makes us look very non-league.
Reading above how the fixture is presented on different sites on the Saturday, I do hope other websites/Media aren't reliant on CTFC getting it right as it seems to be having a snowball effect of them all reporting the wrong fixture date.
Just to confuse matters more, Preston was asked about it on the Owners' Box YouTube show and he didn't seem to know much if anything about it.
TBF, that doesn't sound unreasonable. He is an owner, and owners delegate the more detailed stuff. Plus he does have a health issue to keep him occupied.
England's path is now Saturday at 7pm so now no chance of a clash. Still puzzling tho as Redz would have been buzzing after a Saturday match - but maybe it's already booked out for someone else

According to the BBC we play on Sunday at 7.00pm
According to my pull out supplement from the times, we are due to play at 3 pm on Monday. Never believe anything you read in the press. I will go with the BBC this time.7.00 pm on Sunday.

So it is! I guess the club called it right in the end as it did for the Swindon game
If they win, they will play a quarter-final on Sat 10th Dec at 7pm
If they win, they will play a semi-final on Weds 14th Dec at 7pm
If they lose a semi-final, they will play a third place play-off on Sat 17th Dec at 3pm. (Clashes with Tranmere away)
If they win a semi-final, they will play in the final on Sun 18th Dec at 3pm
🥵
Yes! Think people were mixing up this coming weekend’s second round tie with the possible quarterfinal (if we progress) NEXT weekend, which is what the title of this thread is in relation to.

Yes it's getting quite confusing - what I wrote here was in reference to the Hartlepool game (the thread title) not this weekend's game so I think my point here still stands. I think
I think all of England's games now in the World Cup (up until we get knocked out!) will be 7pm kick offs so there shouldn't be any clashes with CTFC games hopefully. Nobody cares about the 3rd place play-off anyway. The most unnecessary game in football.
