A fair bit about Dean Cox in this week's Observer. He praises Lewis Young, and the Observer mentions his coaching badges (though points out he doesn't have Europe A) - whatever that is. A bit of backhanded touting going on? NB Cox hung up his playing boots a month ago.
If Lewis gets the manager's job until the end of the season, I guess Darren Byfield will stay as no. 2, and if they bring in Dean Cox as another coach, that seems fine to me. I wonder how long it will take WAGMI to make a decision on the manager's job? Either give Lewis the job (full time, until the end of the season, or just until the end of the year) or appoint someone new?
I don't see any rush to change things, but some certainty would be nice. Ignoring the cup defeats, our league form has stabilised, and the players are putting in improved performances. It would be nice if they knew that their current manager will be sticking around for the foreseeable, that would let them concentrate on continuing to improve our league form, without worrying that they could have someone new in charge at any point.

Yes fascinating one. He came along to the last league home game and was very active on Twitter about it. He seems keen to work with the club so why not get him in to help. Agree with what Northgate Red says. The club need to make a decision and that decision for me is pretty clear.
