I see that Crawley Town FC have put out a Job ADVERT today 12/11/22 for a New Role - 'Recruitment Analyst'.
It states that they want to hire someone to analyse, scout & recruit new players. Wow. I think this means that LY has already got the job but will not be trusted in the capacity of Scouting & Player Recruitment. Wow.
We all know the best guy for this job is John Yems. Is he still available?
I could certainly give them a list of Good League Two Midfielders starting with the best - The Stockport Midfielder. I might send off a CV.

What makes you think Lewis Young has been given the job? On what basis? I imagine all the time the team is doing well there is no rush to find a permanent manager and I wouldn’t be surprised if Young is given the job until the end of the season if we keep doing well. Beyond that, who knows, depends how the team do.

I put in a covering letter stating we only need 2 good midfielders in the January Window & keep the defense & attackers fit by training them on grass and not picking up more injuries and I am sure we will be challenging for the Play-Offs Come May! I will let you know when I get a reply from CTFC.

Especially the Away games so 57 would increase every time we played away or not
Why would a recruitment analyst watch our games? Surely he would be watching other teams to scout players that play in positions that the dof has said we need to strengthen in.

It Aint Rocket Science - we need good midfielders. When I sent my CV in I have already told them to consider the best 3 midfielders in League Two - Luke Bolton (Salford), Antoni Sarcevic (Stockport) & Dean Campbell (Stevenage). Get 1 of them in January + Balagizi back then the Play-Offs are back on!
But I dont think WAGMI have £500k to spend in January, so they will go for the Moneyball2 Theme and get this New Recruitment Analyst to find a £50k midfielder. I can see it coming!
Deadline for the 'Recruitment Analyst' Applications to CTFC is Dec 2nd 2022. Just in time to place a computer nerd before the january transfer window!

There are 2 Midfielders (Both Ex Championship Players) going cheap who cant get a game currently, 1 at Mansfield, 1 at Salford. Trouble is they are both Mid 30s and both been heavily injured last 2 seasons and both can only last 35 mins. The New CTFC Recruitment Analyst might pick these up on his new 'Moneyball2' Spreadsheet. They will be Cheap as Chips!
