Two things need to happen:
a - The club need to utilise him better, ideally in a ball-chasing and more influential role.
b - The player needs to grow-up. He has the talent but lets himself down too often. Don't blame anyone else Josh, sort yourself out.
However - please don't think that I am anything other than delighted at this fantastic news!

makes far to many mistakes for me, we were terrible when he was playing CB so unless he will be given a new role he will be nothing more than a squad player and there are much better option out there than him

the lad has all the talent but can't or wont put it into practice the complete opposite for Bawling who will work all day long but is no footballer but at least he gives a damn and i dont believe Yerworth does tbh

Personally, I don't rate Yorwerth. I think he cost us lots of goals last season, he makes too many mistakes and is too hot headed.

He definitely has ability, he was at Ipswich for a reason, but he needs to improve a lot next season.

Maybe a change of manager or even a change of role may do him some good.
