Why doesn't Addai mix his distribution up over the last two games we played over 180 minutes before he kicked it long i am not advocating long ball every time but just now and again. Every time its just played to one of the defenders and teams push up because they know we only ever play out like that. i know SL loves to play that way but surly even he can see the advantage of the odd long kick. Also why don't our players look up when they are looking to pass it out they never seem to notice the unmarked player on the opposite wing.
yep annoys me endless or players dont look up and talk enough
I must admit I am slightly concerned by what seems to be a bit of smugness after watching the pre natch interview.
It could be explained by Scott wanting to keep everybody onboard for the final push but there seems to be no real concern that we haven't won in three rather haven't we done a great job so far so whatever happens we are the bees knees.
I may be being harsh but Id much rather a more penitent tone and a call to arms as this final push is what matters. If we don't make the playoffs we will have blown it and it wont matter that we have done well to be where we are, we should be in them.
Whatever happens we have had a brilliant season and all at the club (owners, management, staff and players) should be congratulated. They have vastly exceeded my expectations for the season ( I expected us to be bottom 6 at best).
However, I agree, considering our position after the Mansfield away game, it will feel like a lost opportunity and failure if we don't make the make the playoffs. Over the season we definitely deserve to be in the playoffs.

Exactly this. We have done far far better than anyone expected, it's been a good season overall with unexpected wins and some amazing performances - plus a few shockingly bad ones. But with the play offs in our grasp, it would be a disaster if we threw it away at the end of the season by being overconfident/complacent.... or just cos we are glad to be where we are. Promotion is unlikely but possible, but we will have no chance unless we start playing with a bit more passion and urgency. We need SL to fire the players up to really go for it. I'm not sure he is.
We all want success. I regarded anything more than relegation as a success at the start of the season, but to see how far we've come, how much we've overachieved... I want the team to keep fighting until the end of the season and achieve what is somehow still in our own hands. If we do miss out on the playoffs it will be gutting, but not the end of the world. But let's see the lads giving 100% in the last two games.

Yes, this is it. Far, far, far better season than any of us expected, but if we don't make it, I will forever be thinking back to that awesome position of being IN the playoffs with 2 games in hand.
My understanding is if booked at Sutton or Grimsby, he will miss the next 3 games (the playoffs if we make it, or the first three games of next season). Counting up of bookings does not continue into the playoffs themselves.
Knew it was a travesty from the moment I saw it on Tuesday night.
Announced on club twitter account
I didn't have a decent view of it myself. That is great news. He needs to avoid a booking at Sutton, but I guess it won't matter against Grimsby.
Perfect scenario for me would be for SL to protect him from any further bookings tomorrow by taking him off the pitch after an hour with us already being 3-0 up by that point!
