that of curse is to be expected give the result and last minute pen save but its a very small minority of fans that travel away and its the home fans he needs to keep happy and many fans on here clearly dont rate him, perhaps you can tell these fans why you are so much behind him?
Why doesn't everyone get behind the management team and give them a chance? No chance of a change in the foreseeable future anyway.
You could see what it meant to them when the whistle went. Could've just headed into the changing rooms but they came over to the away fans and showed thanks..

quite honestly thats the least I'd expect from the players.

Players yes, management maybe not. The passion he showed really spoke verses about how that win felt. He's invested in the club.... for now
Funny, that's not how it looked coming out of the County Ground at 5 o'clock on Saturday.
GABRIELE CIOFFI'S RED ARMY!

"Many on here clearly don't rate him?" There are just under 800 members on the forum (I am sure our beloved leader Alex can confirm that if needed) and in the Cioffi Out thread, only six members actually called for him to be sacked. Far more suggested he stay. As you refer to a "very small minority", then this is even smaller.
I am sure many fans are frustrated but to imply that many want him to be sacked is not backed by the evidence on here so far.
Why am I so much behind him? I have already gone into some detail on this in another thread.
Rest assured the hysteria after the Port Vale performance will soon be over and people will realise that this nonsense about trying to remove the manager is pointless.
There was an immediate contrast with the Kewell era from the managers post match "all joins hands" approach, which made a refreshing change.
Sacking... okay i missed the PV debacle, but how many people in their work life see that as the first & only available option whenever anything goes a bit wrong?
