beaten by Haywards Heath...no cup run...dismal performances ...the two p's in a pod incidents....flag protesters...boos for team performance and management to name but a few, sure was a 'successful' season. As for HK we all know how well his career in football management has gone.
The adversity and so called failures are brilliant in my book it’s called character building. You can go two ways, either throw the towel in or use the failures to bounce back stronger. I’d hazard a guess GC has some big balls, managing in a foreign country in a league you have no experience of and not being fluent in the language takes a certain amount of character.
and there lay one of many problems unaable speak the language prooperly. At least i can do that!
So basically you’re not prepared to get behind the team and manager because of what was said after matches last season?😳🤔 Honestly, I do wonder why the club bothers sometimes.
i said "Iwill get behind the tean and him"
You said it. But you don't mean it. And you won't manage it.

i never asked for Coffi to go. I want him to but i know the owners cant afford to let him go so we are stuck with him. I hope to be proved wrong and he wins us the league but i believe he will ruin another season going nowhere. In any case he'd have to lose virtually every game up to Christmas to go and theres always a handful of teams even worse than us.

Doesn't that just sum it up about the "feast or famine" attitude you display in your posts... Unless we are winning the League, it is just not ever enough...?

we lost league one status and until we are back there quite right im not happy. Do you have ambition? I will be behind the team and cheering them on but i wont pretend much has changed since a manager survived the boot with a worse record than many before him sacked and since proven elsewhere to be a waste of space. Once again ctfc are dishing our stupid long contracts and its costing us.
My ambition is to see the team play decent football & get results as a consequence... where that gets us is unknown at this stage, but i am looking forward to finding out...!
I want to see us at Wembley in a playoff final, but I am prepared to be patient... finishing as high as we can will be enough, and a crucial factor will be the quality of teams we face. That is another unknown.
Little point setting expectations with currently so many unknown variables. You seem to accept that there will be 2 sides worse than us, but realistically (and mathematically) there is a stronger likelihood that there will be a few sides that are better than us...
...I can live with that, so long as we give them a hard fought, spirited game.
We're still waiting for untold millions from clubs wanting our stars of course, and Poleon maybe .....
A couple of updates to make in the New Faces department, we now have
Nadesan, Bloomfield, Ferguson, Lubala & Powell
which, I believe, takes us back to the 25 mark that we had at seasons end, no strengthening of the defence so far and no second keeper
Cripes, things have been going on a bit in the last couple of days, make that two more new faces in Tunnicliffe & Luyambula, that's 27, the defence strengthened and a second keeper ..
One in one temporarily out today, Forrest in while German goes out on loan so we stay at 27
