Great as alwaysππ» The club may have a podcast but yours will always have my listen. Great stuff from James for purchasing the microphone. I also agreed with you about the non paying video creator job. for a professional company/organisation itβs not acceptable however I expect some sucker will take it with the hope of propelling themself forward in that career. Looking forward to the next episode with the CTSA section as some people have said on the forum it needs a reform

Thanks GBRed, much appreciated feedback. We can't wait to get back to regular episodes again, the summer felt like forever. Really looking forward to getting CTSA Sam on too
Great to hear Ewan say positive things about the manager he crucified last season....no doubt he will now jump on the we love Cioffi ban wagon and slag off anyone who dares to have a different view....πππ

Hi r15rsn,
First of all, thanks for listening, it's much appreciated.
I don't recall anywhere in the podcast i directly said anything positive about Cioffi, maybe you can point me to it, but if i didn't, then i apologise because i absolutely should have. Without getting too far ahead of ourselves after just a couple of great games, he's clearly seems to have turned things around beyond measure from what we saw at the really grim stages of last season.
Imagine going to a restaurant and getting months of continually bad meals - you'd have your doubts over the chef and voice them with good reason #chefOUT. Then the chef goes on holiday, ups his game, comes back, and serves up some outrageously good meals. You'd praise him wouldn't you? #chefIN. It's ok to change your mind on something if the stats and performance is there to back it up. That's not jumping on and off a "bandwagon". Its updating an evidence based opinion.
Also, please can you point to any point in any episode where we've "slagged off" someone with a different opinion on Cioffi? We pride ourselves on giving a voice to all opinions and highlighting all views, whether we agree or not.
Maybe your post was a total prod in jest, it's hard to tell when some smileys disguise passive aggression, but in short - at the moment i'm certainly saying Cioffi in. And yes i'd still go back in time and say Cioffi Out if you showed me our run of games leading up to when we did a poll - and 92% of fans agreed with that. I imagine if we did another poll now it would have swung hugely, and probably in his favour.
Thanks again for tuning in, i think i will raise your point on the next episode just to clear things up as i think it's really important.
An other feedback please let us know, we do try to make every episode better than the last.

And you have every reason to be proud of that too, keep going, but - believe me - one man's informed opinion is always another man's slagging off...!
Returning to your dining analogy in a devils advocate role... In football the Manager is always to blame EVEN if strikers keep missing open goals... would you focus on a Chef out campaign, just cos the Waiters carry the food all the way to your table & then continually keep dropping their full trays...?
Okay, its not really fair as Waiters are more easily replaced than footballers, but I'm sure you get the point.

Thanks for the feedback Thad, and point taken, must improve on my analogies Ewan

I would love to debate how Ewan was so against the manager last season and never listened to reasoned arguments and has now changed his tune as he has been allowed to build his own team and had a full pre season. ..
