We speak to very reliable and direct sources. These are not rumours, this is information directly from staff members. We are not adding any content.
Consider the lack of staff denials on social media - nothing.
A denial from the club speaking to the Observer - no shock.
The walkout regards the poor treatment of Kelly, their former very close colleague.
The closure of the stadium is regards not yet having the safety certificate signed off under a new name. They have 48 hours to get this done, personally i'd be amazed if this didn't get completed.
The chance of a walkout is genuine. Two well respected staff members have confirmed they're considering their options.
All we do is provide this information to you, with their approval, without names.

You have my genuine sympathy Straightred... as a former "professional stirrer" it is not easy being a messenger when people don't want to hear the message, despite also always wanting to be informed.
And things do happen dynamically. I learned to be a spot cynical towards knee jerk reactions & tried to see through personal agendas... which is not straight forward at all.
For what it is worth, I will thank you for your efforts...!
Shouldn’t imagine Paul Hayward will be throwing anymore money at us as have always had the impression his relationship at the club was with Kelly as opposed to any of the Turkish contingent
On reflection - pure unfounded cynical speculation - I guess it is possible that may just be a contributing factor, that ultimately might not have been viewed entirely positively by some within the club setup...(?)
Just saying...!
Personally my only dealings with Kelly have been an occasional polite "hello", but I have always admired her professional ability to always avoid politics & personalities over the years, maintain a low profile & get on with her job without any drama.

What about this is ‘unfounded cynical speculation’?
Paul has since tweeted himself that he will be providing no more funding apart from the scoreboard

Many thanks, Ewan
Given any member of staff could be e.g. sacked immediately say gross misconduct (im NOT saying this happenned just giving an example) any risk assessment must have contingency in place. Saturdays game not going ahead is as unlikely as Corbyn remaining Labour leader or Swinson becoming PM!

Mattyman, i am not in the least questioning your observation that Kelly had HKPs confidence, as you say he confirmed that with his... erm... "meddling"... response to her dismissal...
...my "unfounded cynical speculation" was that if there were ongoing financial negotiations between the incumbents & HKP... that actual factor might itself have - fairly or unfairly - placed Kelly in an invidious position...(?)
And that thought is purely the result of my cynical but analytical mind having a spot of reflection about the circumstances of her very unexpected removal.
Given she has been around for most of a decade, in which - unlike others - she faced very little criticism, it was one of the few conclusions that seemed to make any sense.
I realise i may have maligned one, two or even three of the parties involved, that is never my intention... just trying to offer a possible - but nonetheless credible - explanation for some baffling recent events.
Sorry if I am miles off Kelly, happy to buy you a drink if you are in or around the ground on Saturday...!
If you cut to the chase, setting emotion to one side, the discussion here is whether the day to day operational management of the club is in safer hands with Kelly Derham (who has several years experience in the role) or Nukhan Ruzgar who we are told via the CTSA is now "taking over the running of the club off the field".
I have no idea of Nukhan's qualifications to run a L2 football club, we can only go on information in the public domain. In that sense his time at the Turkish club was not exactly encouraging.
There are other questions that also can be asked, such as how there is no record of people claiming to be members of the 'Board of Directors' in the company's file at Companies House. And whether all required staff have passed the O&D test as required by the Football League.
Might be sheer coincidence, but Alan Williams was spotted in the West Stand on Saturday...!
Jimmy Smith was there as well
Just can't see him in an admin role... wouldn't mind seeing him back though. Always had an eye for goal & he played some decent games as a Right Back too.
I know he is currently injured & not sure when his loan period terminates...(?)

Probably coincidence. He was there a couple of times last season too.
He was a guest of John Yems. I actually said to someone that we should run a book to see how long until somebody put two and two together to come up with five...
Had a chat at half time with smithy, said he was fully fit and would love to come back to the club.knee is fine. Please take note Mr Yems.he would make a big difference to the team.
