It would be very harsh in the circumstances if they did not at least collect the loser fee.
Dunno if it still the case, but Redhill's primary income stream was charging to park at their ground when the roads around East Surrey Hospital were clagged up (which was fairly often).

Bishops Stortford used to do that for parking at Stanstead Airport then the council found and demanded the money as it was their land.
They progressed quite high up the leagues due to that revenue stream. If Crawley ever gave their own ground it would be something worth looking at.
