Some don't want Yems to be manager any more. So, which manager at an affordable salary would the naysayers want installed. Not so simple now, is it? It's pretty clear Mr Yems reads this forum sometimes. I would ask him to ignore the naysayers.

Players Salaries are available for all to see on the Net. And if John Yems does read this Forum maybe he can answer the questions everyone is asking. 1/ why does he keep starting Josh Wright = 9 starts & 0 Wins? 2/ Why does he pick Craig over Davies? When Craig starts we concede 1.6 goals per game, when Davies starts we concede 0.7 goals per game? 3/ What is his long term plan for Tilly who is only good for 30 mins, Maguire-Drew who is only good enough for the 1st half, Rodari who runs around like a headless chicken, and the Wright Brothers who bring nothing to the table? Maybe if we get some straight answers then all will be happier.
I'm sure there are plenty of out of work ex managers and players chomping at the bit to get back in the game,I remember Erdem saying they had an amazing amount of applications prior to Yems getting the job.
Davies and Craig are not interchangeable. You may as well say Craig and Nichols. Davies is a right wing back. Craig a left sided centre half.
As Tunnicliffe and Dalison are injured who would you suggest we play at centre half if not Craig? I'll make it easy for you. The only other centre half we have is Adebowale. Rejig your argument with some relevant stats and we may start listening.
Now, as I think our season is over I would be quite open to see if Adebowale can cope with league football so wouldn't object if he did start a few games even if it turns out he isn't up to the standard. Likewise I would like to see Khaleel, Burnett and Hussein but, and like JLo it's a big but, I have no knowledge of how they are performing in training so I will have to accept Yems' judgement on the matter.

I don't believe John Yems needs to justify his decisions on here. That would turn into a farce very quickly. When a supporter is present at all training sessions, is party to what is said in the treatment room, and discusses the finances with those who subsidise the club, maybe that supporter might then be justified in questioning Yems' decisions from a place of knowledge. Until then, we can only go by what he see on the pitch and hear in gossip.
