Yet the Maidstone Manager moaned that they should have got some of the kudos when he was sold for a big fee...(?)
Yes they literally just had him on loan for a few games and I'm pretty sure that loan clubs are never included in any sell on clauses as they aren't technically the employers of the player (and I'm definitely no lawyer).
I hope he goes on to have a successful career because he saved us with his transfer fee, i would of loved him to of stayed but needs must as they say.
He gave us 4 or 5 months of enjoyment watching him score goals on IFollow and one game in person where he scored a hat trick and made a load of money for the club during unprecedented global uncertainty. Best of luck to him.
