Tonight's Game will be Won by whichever team wins the Toss. Its blowing a Hooley up here in the Midlands. Does anyone know how to find out which captain wins the toss? Is this published anywhere?

Last time we played in the wind against Mansfield we should’ve had the second half advantage, but it counted for nothing due to our lack of idea and tactics. I suspect it’ll make no difference again tonight

The winner of the toss normally chooses to defend the end their support is at in the first half (so attacking the end where their fans are in the second half). I'm convinced Brighton lost the toss against Leeds and the aforementioned didn't happen and it was a factor in them not beating Leeds. I was at the game and convinced had Brighton attacked the North Stand (their vocal support) in the second half they would've got them over the line. Look at how many times Crawley attack the BW stand in the second half tells you that must be their preferred option if winning the toss. As typically the away fans are at the opposing end it sorts itself out as aforementioned regardless of who wins the toss. However, if the weather gives you an advantage I would expect that team to want that advantage from the start, after all the situation could change by the second half and then that team loses the advantage of say the wind. But, all said and done its a game of equal halves for a reason and any slope etc. is equally applied throughout the full duration of the match, so its by no means a given that who has the advantage from the start wins the game, so to say the team that wins the toss wins the game is quite ridiculous. Would a team at this level choose to kick off ?I doubt it, but apply this to say youth football and its far more likely to be the choice of whoever wins the toss. A clue is also provided in if the teams change ends having taken to the pitch in their 'expected' starting positions i.e. Crawley will 'expect' to defend the BW end from the start.
I thought Yems press conference before the game was a little downbeat for him- lets go and win the game to pit a smile back on his face and if we don't well lets not give the guy and undue hard time as he was clear how bad the injury situation is.
