Yes pity Walsall and Gillingham won as we are now 5 points of playoffs with two games in hand. Would probably prefer their position as two games in hand are Morecambe away on Tuesday and either Wrexham away or Barrow home. Tough ask to get 6 points from our two games in hand.
True, and Gillingham in particular keep getting the odd real good result against the better teams that keeps them knocking on the door of play off places.
Crewe will be livid they lost having led 2-0 at one point, to then lose to an own goal!
Could really have done with us keeping up the momentum by playing and winning today, but all is not lost, plenty still to be play for.
A few around here will remember the old Southern League promotion season c. 1968. Town Mead was unplayable for two months and we ended up with a massive backlog of games- mostly at home. We won enough of them to sneak the fourth promotion slot. We had the meanest defence in the league that season, but I think they were still digging away strikers out of the mud in July.

You never know................ Dorking Wanderers trounced Chesterfield 4-1 today and could have won by a bigger scoreline..
