I fail to understand how any of the views are naff, it's a massive bowl. I stand behind the goal at Broadfield and I can still see what's going on (I'm 5'7) 90% of the time. It's far more about the atmosphere, I don't want to see 4 separate sections of supporters, it's about being there all together as a team, it genuinely makes a difference. If you don't want to contribute to the atmosphere, and want a broadcaster's view, just watch it on TV!
have you considered some ppl wanna watch ALL the game not 90%?
My point was that if I can see 90% behind the goal, standing barely 2 meters above pitch level, then you'll be able to see the game no problem up in a Wembley stand. I was trying to reassure people.
As for the guy talking about technology fears, I actually really sympathise with you. I'm not exactly old, but I struggle sometimes. You don't have to be a coder to work this stuff out though. I'd advise you to take a breath and really work things out before hammering away at buttons. And failing that I know that there's a phone number that helps. I imagine people were confused or annoyed when clubs first opened up phone lines and introduced card payments many years ago, but you have to adapt.
Personally, I was really pleased with the service, the seats I got, and the price they were. Certainly beat my experience trying to get tickets to the home leg of the semi!

It was quite a relief booking my coach ticket: drive to the ground, meet Alain, hand over some wonga, and receive a piece of card that showed I had handed over wonga. Bliss! In my own work life, most of my customers have my sort code and account number to pay with, but a few still write cheques. I would prefer they didn't but I can empathise, so accept them (they are all regulars for whom I have wotked a long time). All I tell them is that now that I no longer live near the town centre, it might take several weeks for me to bank it - so be aware that the balance might be a bit lower than they expect.
Mind you, I'm the guy who used to stuff a cloth into the air filter hole when his choke cable broke. I removed it once the engine warmed up, then drove off
Don't knock it, it worked. Old technology. Don't ya love it.
This really has p155ed me off. I purchased a ticket in an area I really wasn't keen on but hey ho it took ages to get in and by them I was 'pleased' with anything. I then became aware a better category was on sale again not really what I wanted but improved so purchased tickets there and now the area I really wanted all along has come on sale but although its not quite sold out, Im not made of money so wont throw 2 lots of tickets away to purchase a third where I wanted to be. The sales have NOT gone in the order they said they would and so before anyone comes on here defending the message put out upfront that has not been followed. This is make it up as you go along and remember its the loyal STH and regulars that would have purchased tickets in a queue from outset that will largely have ended dup with the lower category sets. What a way to treat your fan base.

I totally agree it’s been an absolute shambles from ‘ticketmaster’. The website is very un-user friendly and it takes a while to work out how to actually add a seat your basket and it’s always hit and miss whether you actually can select it, then half the time you’ve worked out how to add a seat it’s already sold! And they sell all of the worst seats first and the best seats come on at random times so you have no idea when or if you can buy a decent seat. Honestly it was a nightmare trying to buy tickets.
Sales in the level 3 started going anti-clockwise as they said they would but then went clockwise. Lets hopethe club and Wembley don't have to work together to organise a p1ss up in a brewery as noone will be getting drunk. Whats the fan rep doing here to represent what fans want? Fvck all. Shambles.
The ticketing has been a complete cock up shambles and I'm angry at the club s well as EFL and Wembley. We have been royally shafted into corners and behind the goal. These numbers are NOT repeat NOT for ticket sales etc. The information we've had has been very poor. The club didn't not even say what type of tickets we would get or how they will be delivered. Its disrespectful.
Yes I had no idea was it a print at home ticket or digital. I was thinking I dont have a printer and wasting my time trying to find someone that does. The communication has been unclear and not up to the standard required. Still tin-pot in that respect.
This is the first mention I've seen of print-at-home. Smartphone only would be wrong, I feel Not everyone has or wants one. Those who have might plan badly and lose charge (or have an old one whose battery life is short). They can get lost, broken, or stolen shortly before an event. At least having a paper back-up gives an extra layer of security.
For the Coventry V Utd Semi final 4 weeks ago, everyone had a printed ticket, which was fed into the scanning machine at the turnstiles, so I am going to assume it will be the same on Sunday, so everyone needs to be prepared to have the capability to print your tickets off before you arrive at Wembley.....

I'm with you 100% on preference for paper copies, so long as the ticket was printed correct size A4 it wasn't an issue entering through the automated turnstiles last year. But given time restrictions this could be electronic entry only. Just make sure you get there early if in doubt (Wembley do have a ticket office on the day as far as I'm aware for queries but obviously you don't wanna join a queue there if you can help it) and of course a back up charger or I would say powerbank pre-charged (you can even buy these pre-charged) are always handy. Some are quite small so pocket size.

Sorry but you are either guessing or have been badly advised.
First, the Ticketmaster site says print at home, or Apple or Google wallet.
I was at the game and everyone I saw did not use a digital ticket, but a printed one, as it appeared that was the only way to use the ticket at the turnstiles, maybe I am wrong, but I can only go by what I saw....
