They have decided that Ticket Allocation will be same as for last years Play-Off Final.
ie/ The 2 Clubs will receive 39,400 (west end), and 36,000 (east end) respectively.
Last Season Stockport received 39,400 tickets and Carlisle received 36,000 tickets because Stockport was considered to have the biggest following. Neither Club sold half of their ticket allocation so it didnt really matter!
So, if we play Doncaster in the Final they will receive 39,400 tickets (west end) and we will receive 36,000 tickets (east end). Again, both partaking clubs will be responsible for the sale of the tickets for the Play Off Final.
That sounds worrying, our ticket office struggles to cope for normal matches !

IF we get there that could mean CTFC elect to use Wembley software. Where are you getting this info? Source links always hrlp authenticate thanks. But yes CTFC cannot cope selling tickets it would destroy the club with mountains of bad PR.
This isn't right - Wembley and Ticketmaster control the tickets. If they follow the league two practices from the last few seasons, we are likely to be offered an initial 7,000 tickets. If they sell well and we ask for more, once we sell over 14,000 tickets, then Wembley will allow us to buy Club Deck tickets.
There will be 900 allocated for a "singing section" on a first come, first served basis.
Any notion that the competing teams sell the tickets is completely wrong.
Anyway - there is no point even discussing this until after tomorrow night.
How the hell do they regulate singing? I've never heard of someone being ejected for singing in the wrong part of the ground. Anyway, I would argue that my grunts could never be mistaken for singing in this galaxy or any other.
Trying to regulate football supporters in such a petty manner is asking for trouble - especially a Brit. Bunch of petty-minded wankers!

Unbelievable the amount of regulations in the above link. No mention of printing tickets at home. It says digital only. So now you need a working smartphone to obtain entry to a football match
And as for "designated singing areas" Well f*** my old boots.
I'm reminded of this old Donovan number. Like many good songs it's open to interpretation, but I hear a song about excessive regulation and control. :
I actually think the designated singing area is a very good idea. Let's face it - 20,000 fans potentially, the vast majority who've never been to a game or have only ever been about once, we could end up with the hardcore singers all dotted around, among people in the category I've just mentioned. It's certainly a concern of mine that I've dared to consider as being an issue, so I welcome it.

It's not regulating singing, see my post from a few minutes ago - it's the opposite - it's about getting all the regular singers together.
This went up on Crewe’s website yesterday morning (Saturday) and will start to see their tickets from tomorrow (Monday) They have been allocated over 38,000 tickets in the East end of the stadium, so we will definitely be in the West end.
At Wembley whilst I do not want to sit, stand in the singing section I would like to sit amongst regular Crawley supporters. What did Northgate call the west stand regulars.? Anyway I hope some sections can be put aside or identified for season ticket holders and regulars.

Short version: all sales general online via Ticketmaster must register email address and phone number. Max 6 per sale. Club have been allocated 19,556. Singing section. Family section. 5 price categories. Club say link available 9am Mon 13th
Personal version: Ive been to several play off finals in the past at Wembley. Ticket purchase ran quite smoothly. No more queues at the Broadfield stadium and phone lines jammed. Thanks CTFC.

Potential allocation of over 38,000 if needed, so everyone who wants a ticket should get one.
Slightly irked that there's no priority sale for season ticket holders, which Crewe are doing. Don't like the idea that someone who hasn't been to a game since Old Trafford (or ever) might get their choice of seats before those of us who have had a season ticket since the Beazer Homes League days do.

in principle you are correct STH need priority. However Crewe may have a unique fan number data system we dont have that. Perhaps the club can hold back 2k seats which im sure covers STH but the only viable system is operative. In reality are we going to sell 19,000? Maybe, but 38,000 unlikely. It has benefits e.g. STH and friends not STH can sit together.
