no bottle tops allowed Paul - they'll take them off you (Seriously) and you might also find the size of the bottle is restricted (seriously again)
It's 500 ml. Can't be certain but I think I have a medical exemption that covers it. I asked for and they sent me one that appears to apply, although it's ambiguous.
I nearly flaked out at Sutton due to my poor planning: excessive dehydration and crashed glucose levels. I felt a bit stupid but ended getting a kid's chocolate bar. I replaced it when I found a shop.
First time it happened since I discovered the issue and I carry a little food and some water around with me.
Trust this works for you okay Paul, and you stay hydrated on the big day

Thank you, Sooty. Although it's a just-in-case measure, I want to stay well. Funnily enough, the Wembley owners say that they won't allow lidded bottles in order for people to stay safe, but denying me such could cause me to be unsafe. I think it's one of those instances where they hide the real reason behind a socially acceptable one i.e. they want more profit on sales and use safety as the excuse. When I communicated with them I said I was totally fine with a steward sniffing for alcohol in the bottle.

There are a couple of water refill (free) stations inside Wembley but you have to hike a mile or two to get there (depending where you are seated) - check official stadium layout! There are even dog toilets (honestly - for guide dogs of course)

Will the stewards be sniffing for alcohol inside the fans??

No, but they might have ear probes to check for brain cells.
Leaving at quarter to 7 for a bus to Weymouth train station, then a 3 hour train to Waterloo before approximately 45 mins on the Bakerloo to Wembley Central. Can't wait, hopefully I'll be travelling back with Crawley firmly a league one club.
