I must have watched it 20 times last night, then a few times more this morning. I'm not getting bored of it. Orsi's finish and the roar when the second goes in. Magical stuff.
An absolutely fantastic day at Wembley yesterday. I felt in the second half we really controlled the game well. We certainly did not intend to sit on our 1-0 lead, played positive football and had a lot of possession. Bit of a heart in mouth moment with the VAR penalty check, but the longer the game went on, Crewe didn’t look like scoring. Proud of the team and pleased I can say that I was there with my son & daughter. They have both been to home games with me before but I could see they were both in awe of Wembley, the walk up Wembley way and the amount of singing and people not only in the stadium but also on the tube ride there!
I've never seen us actually get promoted before. Good ain't it!
I could add to what everyone else has put on here, praising each and every player to the skies and I will not hear a harsh word said against any of them (even Campbell for the back pass). Truly magical day out that will live long in the memory.
It was great to see the whole squad celebrating at the end, especially as I was next to Harry Ranson's sister. They couldn't all be part of the game yesterday but they have all been part of a remarkable season.
Anyone else think the walk to the Green Man pub was like an Himalayan trek? That bloody hill was steep and when you get there, no ale to quench the thirst.
I guess this is lot less than last season due to losing a number of northern teams and gaining more Southern teams
Yeah, out furthest trip north is to Blackpool, if we'd stayed in League 2 we would have had Fleetwood, Morecambe, Barrow and Carlisle further than that.
I'm already looking at where weekend aways can be had to go and visit cathedrals, castles and country houses to coincide with games. Cambridge, Peterborough, Exeter, Bristol, Birmingham, Northampton, Lincoln, Shrewsbury. Can't wait.

In previous seasons I've drawn a line from Swindon through Northampton to Peterborough as the furthest I'm prepared to travel for an away. Might need to be a little stretch on that next year 😊

Just make sure you don’t drive up to Birmingham if you actually wanna drive back. Not heard good things about Peterborough and Northampton either. Exeter is a pleasant, but small unremarkable place, but Bristol is a nice city to spend a weekend in. I stayed in Bristol 3 years ago when we played there early in the season. Just don’t stay in the Easton/ Saint Pauls area, it’s s bit sketchy over there.

Last time i was over that way, stayed in Avonmouth. In a truckers hotel. Jesus.😬
So many memories of this day that will stay for with forever but one of my favourites was seeing Kelly’s arms outstretched on his own looking up at the crowd after his goal.
Had an incredible view of it going in where I was sitting as well.
Iconic, and I can still see it on my mind now.
Wonder if the club would get it as a image and flog framed copies in the club store?
It was a great goal wasn't it? And sooooo important! Started as a cross to an unmarked Orsi, who I'm not entirely sure wasn't offside. But the ball came back to Kelly off a Crewe player, so no worries about VAR checking for a possible offside. Thank [***}!
