I disagree, the party at the ground was well organised, plenty of regular fan faces on show and a much more close quarters experience than the open bus thing, great to see and hear the players absolutely ratted after 28 hours of non stop partying interacting with the people that turn up to matches, much better than waving a flag at a bus driving by.

Yes, this and the personal effect of the players being able to go around and sign autographs and pose for photographs. Even had players and Scott in the south terrace for photos, videos and singing their individual songs.
Yes enjoyable evening and was able to speak briefly with every player. Plenty of photos. Every player went out of their way to meet with the spectators, so much so that they were well behind schedule to leave for their party. Allowed to take alcohol into the ground as well. Corey was the slowest as he wanted to speak with everyone. You would not get this player fan interaction with premier league teams. They can have their open top bus tours. if the £5.00 charge went towards the staff and players party it was money well spent.
Yes it was a party on a personal note you wouldn't get from the PL teams and I'm sure some kids were delighted to get Selfies etc but for me this was cringeworthy and somewhat embarrassing - you would not see PL players in some sort of drunken state like this, in fact they pride themselves on discipline and disciplining he players should they be seen on a night out worse for wear. Was this captured on nation TV nah, was Oxford's yep. For me, the real celebration was the coming together after MK the spontaneous gathering outside the stadium and the celebration at FT and walking away from Wembley. I return to the fact this was a huge opportunity to widen the awareness of the club within the local community and it was terribly missed. What was wrong with a open-top bus tour from Town centre taking in various stop points for example to the stadium. Now that would have gained much wider media attention. Show me what paper, radio station, TV company produced footage of the boozed up party last night?
Yep. Good fun it was too. I've never seen anyone as pissed as Liam Kelly was
He's only 5 foot 4 inches. I bet 2 Pints he's Pissed. I am 5 foot 7 inches and the same , 2 pints pissed! Its not good when you are young, but you learn its a blessing when you get older!

You're such a happy soul aren't you?
You probably wouldn't crack a smile if a unicorn shat out a rainbow onto the Broadfield pitch.

I would have preferred an open top bus too, but its happened, I couldn't make it anyway (work) so in all honesty I didn't give it much thought. Seems plenty enjoyed it so hard to critique.

Blimey. Even the stewards manage a smile sometimes.
