Bye then. Honestly couldn't give a shit if he leaves after reading that.He is just taking the piss.I hope the club squeeze every penny out of County they can. As you say ..just a matter of time.Either way he's time at Crawley must be over ..how could he show he's face here again.
I’m seriously baffled by this, if I was Ziya I would be fuming. Why go to a team you haven’t set up for the season at the bottom of a table over players you know and a side that’s above mid table when they probably shouldn’t be. It seems like a lose lose to me.

Maybe it's also a question of backing from the owners.
We have played 6 games this season.....how many has Mr Eren attended?

How many have you attended? I'm sure you live a lot closer than Turkey.
Considering that it was just after this time last year a number of fans were calling for his head, Notts paying £400,000 for HK and WF sounds ludicrous.
Huge shout from The Argus regarding Kewell being present at the Notts game against Yeovil, which was just their third League Two game of the season. No way would their owner have been looking to replace Nolan as early as that - they drew the first game and lost the second.
Nolan would have had some credit in the bank after last season's exploits, so sounds a far-fetched accusation IMO.
Kewell still has a lot to prove. He’s had one full season in management (in senior football) and that was pretty average. The team finished mid table around where we would be expected to finish. The jury is still very much out on the style of playing out from back and performances have been inconsistent. If the figure being quoted of £400K compensation is true, Notts County would be mad to pay that for an unproven manager when they can get someone with more experience who’s not in work. I’d rather Kewell stays as I don’t think chopping and changing managers will get us anywhere in the long run, I’d rather he’s given time to build something here, I think we’ve seen some some small improvement in the team in his time here, but at the end of the day Kewell this is just a job to Kewell. I’ve certainly get the impression from him that is just a stop gap, everything about him from the start was off starting from that dreadful first press conference and then going AWOL in pre season, it was clear he hadn’t researched the club and wasn’t really dedicating himself to the job. Then again during pre season this year Kewell is AWOL again. I don’t think his heart is really in it here. In a way I can’t blame him, it’s just a job to him at the end of the day, he has no real attachment to the club like the fans and board members. If Notts offer him the job I can’t see why he would turn down the chance to earn more money (probably) and improve his career prospects in a more high profile club.

I would take what the local press say with a pinch of salt, but I certainly wouldn’t rule it out in today’s mad world of football where managers come and go all the time.

Whilst the money thing comes into it, Notts will be expecting instant success. If he doesn't achieve that then he will be given the boot and will be back on the scrap heap. What club would want a boss who did okay at Crawley and failed at Notts County?
Long-term, and without my bias to CTFC, I think his best bet would be to stay with us, improve on last season and build his reputation. We'll have to wait and see if there's any truth in the rumours though, I suppose.
