Tony Adams will be announced as the new manager of Crawley Town FC. This should be completed by the end of next week. Tony has been abroad but keen to get back into football in this country. Hos record as an international footballer speaks for itself. I hope all supporters of the club will welcome Tony and get behind him.

Would this be the English Tony Adams or the Italian one?
Great player but his managerial record is absolutely atrocious, if it's true then I hope we're appointing him because of the potential of his little black book
Just as an afterthought, if anyone has a phone number for Thad could they give him a ring and ask if he's being a wily fox again ........
Can’t see it happening in a million years, he’s had a handful of managerial jobs and been a disaster in each one. Barely done anything in the last 10 years, would be even worse than Gregory, at least Gregory had actually been a half decent manager years ago, Adams would be a disaster.

sounds like an ideal pedigree for the owners to appoint then! Another novelty at least English and might attract a fair bit of media attention and get the club noticed again. I Hope he is teetotal these days or the selection formations tactics and all could be 'interesting'!

Still think Harry was the man we needed and real shame he has gone - would much rather he was still here Think this just fantasy and Nolan is much more likely

This is what came straight to my mind. John Gregory, and how useless he was.
Adams management record is even worse.
If this is true I find it quite depressing that we can't find anyone with a proven record of management in the FL.
I suppose tomorrow I will wake up and find Selim has given Asti Spumante a 3 year contract as he has a sparkling record.
