Watters getting a start in front of the Sky Sports cameras at 4pm
did you or anyone else watch and what was his performance like?
My dad watched and said it was 31 minutes before Watters touched the ball (literally) and was subbed early in the second half. His replacement got a touch within seconds of entering the pitch and scored within 6 minutes. I know the way teams set-up changes and this might be comparing apples with pears, but it didn't sound like a glittering performance, unfortunately

Looked hopelessly out of his depth again tonight against Barnsley. Taken off after 60 mins.
Watch some of the game and to be honest their build up is so slow - Max needs the ball to be played early and over the top or on the ground to use his pace to get beyond the defence -

Yes, I watched the game and it was a terrible standard. Agreed, it certainly didn't suit Max's game. Bet he wishes his time at MK had been extended!
Max Watters and James Collins could be turning out for Cardiff at Anfield against Liverpool on Sunday in the FA Cup. No offence to our current strikeforce, but I would love to have Collins and Watters up front for us this season.

Probably why Cardiff have been so bad this season, I read the BBC match report which described the first half as 'dreadful'

Can you imagine - id bet on playoffs anytime with that strike force!!
Nathan Ferguson leaves Southend by mutual consent. Their supporters were not happy with his work rate.
No surprise really. A very lazy player that showed no urgency when wearing Crawley Town colours.

I remember well a great goal he scored vs Northampton but admittedly was pleased when he was moved on last year. Actually started off quite well I thought but his form tailed off pretty badly
See Richard Wood got sent off for Rotherham yesterday for deliberate handball on the goal line.
All kicked off after. Harry Pell waiting to take the pen when he was attacked by a "fan" running onto the pitch and kicking the ball at him. Pell then had the penalty saved.
