2 Straight Losses @ Walsall & Orient and Yems is Gone!
I did say that Craig & Powell will cost him his job and that will happen VERY SOON!
Best Playerin the Squad Joel Lynch was Fully Fit, On the Bench & Never got on the Pitch. What is that all about?
Ah you’re back then, after being strangely quiet this time last week.
Lynch came on as a sub.🙄
I believe 57away's ban has only just expired. As for Yems. He isn't going anywhere. The team is however dangerously hovering above the drop zone. Yems post-match interview should be interesting.

But why isn't he going anywhere?
Is it because he is 'local', or is it because he's 'funny'? Or is it because we are willing to surrender to relegation?

I can't see him lasting beyond the Walsall/Orient double header if we don't win either of those, even quite a lot of people I've seen on Twitter who have been very much Yems fans have admitted his time is probably up as the manager here
Yems wont go because the club cant afford to let him go and replace him. Despite some fans being unhappy until we see scenes like at Brighton today where fans are booing at the end I very much doubt Yems will move on. We only need 2 wins on the trot and all these points dropped will be largely forgotten. The only way that'll change is if Yems scores an OG and starts having a go at fans. That WILL then be the end of him.
The club can't afford to not let him go We will never come back from non-league should we go down
I agree 100% if relegated club most likely fold but despite our low position weve time and plenty of points to pull away from the drop. Helped by only 2 going down.
John Yems has spoken post match; bluntly blaming the inadequate player budget for the present form, in that he cannot bring in player's of maturity, quality and substance. The owner needs to invest more of his steel money, if he is really serious about this project.

probably not a great idea having a go at the hand that feeds your mouth.

The club would fold if we were relegated?!?😮
yes i genuinely believe the financial backing will go and we wont be able to sustain football at a level where the cost of national non-league football would eventually cripple the club. Im not privy to the cost of running the club but im sure weve been told in the past our owners have kept us afloat. If they go so will the club. Debts will mount. Players under contract etc it'll break the club. I dont believe there is any parachute payment with the drop. The club could easy go into freefall. BUT i do not expect any of this to happen as the squad is better than at least 2 other teams. We'll stay up and I expect Yems to be manager next season.

To be honest this is all guesswork. For example there ARE parachute payments, for 2 years. Also these days most clubs have provisions to reduce wages on relegation. Plus I believe the club is largely debt free, so a different situation to say Southend.
Also if ZE decided to sell up, wouldn't it depend who bought it?
Like you I believe there are 2 worse clubs in the division, and JY will get enough points on the board. In that sense we aren't in a much different position to when Paul Hayward stepped back.
Interesting to hear JY talking after the game about the budget and having to sign boys not men. Maybe there are tensions there, because the squad is not small and perhaps the balance between quality and quantity is wrong. Or perhaps John is not signing the players.....

We’ve enough time?
As the bald bloke in The Crystal Maze used to say “You can never have enough time”.

love to see this evidence based backed up yes all possible that payments e.g. in contracts can be renegotiated upon relegation but again all guesswork.
Watch the highlights. What the hell was Craig doing for their first goal?
Yems talks about men against boys. But that was our most senior player making yet another mistake
And what was Craig doing for the 2nd goal? Out of position, not marking tight enough, too slow! do I need to say more??
Oh alright then:- Tony Craig Last 40 Starts - 6 Wins , 10 Draws , 24 Losses. Goals per Game Conceded over last 40 Matches when Started = 1.93.
🥱🥱🥱let’s all blame Craig as usual. Shame you were banned for a week, would’ve enjoyed your comments on us winning and keeping a clean sheet with him in the team.
