Just seen the highlights. Great finish by Francomb for the first goal. Ludwig with a clanger followed up by a Morris clanger for the equaliser. Good finish by Appiah for the winner.
Francomb getting forward starting the attack for the winner as well similar to the equaliser against Walsall he started as well. Not the most skilled player at this level, but he’s shown he can add something to the team for sure.
How many times have we won against Orient in the league now?!
Table looking better now. 9 points and 7 places outside the relegation zone. I’m confident we will stay up easily now.
The 3-5-2 worked beautifully today in opposing a team that were intent on piling bodies forward. Would this work as well at home where some teams would play for a point? Interesting discussion
Yeh so we’re not sacking Yems this week then? Do you think we can park discussions of that nature for a while because I don’t think they add to interesting discussion about how our football is developing at the moment
Do not get carried away with 1 good performance Steve. Think of all the points Yems has cost this club already this season.
Any other manager would NOT have taken 12 months to realize Francomb is best in Midfield and young Davies would always do a good job in defense or midfield. A few of us have been begging him to play Francomb in Midfield for 12 months. We have had Josh Wright, Powell, Tilly, Maguire Drew, Matthews, Hess all Trotting around passing sideways for 12 months in Midfield, and they all only score 1 goal in 15 matches. With Francomb in Midfield you will get 1 goal in 6 matches for sure!
It was also obvious to many that Tony Craig could not cope in a 2 man CB format because of his pace issues and arial issues, but not Yems.
Also he should have played Lynch on a couple more occasions this season.
Lets hope he has now seen the light and can build on today! He is a great Scout - we all know that, but his management is far from polished! I hope he now puts right the wrongs of earlier in the season!
I really don’t know why Yems doesn’t consult you every week.

We drew against them at home last season but that's three league games in a row at Brisbane Road we have won there, and have won 10 out of 15 matches against them in all competitions, so we are pretty much their bogey team.
As for Yems, despite the result today I'm still not convinced he's the right man for the club going forward if we are to progress from being just another mid-to-lower table League Two team, mainly because he was the key culprit for that horrible run of form that got us worried in the first place (and blew our chances of having more of a go at playoffs last season too). If we then go on and lose to Oldham and Stevenage I kinda feel it's back to square one again, and even if the form does slightly improve, unless if we are to do the unbelievable and win promotion I feel getting someone younger with more up-to-date ideas and tactics will just help freshen things up a bit next season and maybe get more people through the gates (especially as I can see an overhaul of the squad happening too with a lot of players out of contract)
Despite this win, no doubt Quest will still show the limited highlights near the end!!
JTG
I don't bother watching that show, it's just so cheaply done. I actually didn't mind the BBC football league show when that was on and would rather see that come back

Steve98 - He deserves 1 last chance, but if he starts Francomb again at Right Back or Left back or if he starts Tony Craig in a 2 man CB format - he needs to be shown the door. Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect 200.
Good win today. Anyone know number of away fans announced? Looks like Oldham v Forest Green was some match, ended 5-5 you don't get that scoreline at this level often.
