Our Owners are Gamblers, they Bet Every Day! When the Owners are Gamblers these Bookies Markets are Open to the Owners' Nieces/Nephews/Brothers/Friends Betting on a SURE THING early on! Normally I would agree with what is said above, but on this occasion it is a DONE DEAL!
There is never any harm in players/managers being linked with a job at another club if they are looking for a better or longer contract at their current club. How do these rumours start, I wonder? 🙂
**Admin edit: missleading title changed to more realistic title**
Nathan Rooney is our New Manager. The 3 Bookies betting on this are now 1/2, 4/11 & 1/3 respectively.
The only way this cant happen now is if he has only been offered the Coaching Role Only and not the Manager Role - but he is coming in some capacity. You dont need an official annoucement - it has happened already!
There's taking your time and taking your time............ It doesn't bode well that it looks like we cant make a decision. so what is the delay? Might be lots of things but this level of indecision makes me worry about what might happen going forward. Hope I'm worrying unnecessarily - just glad the scoreboards in place!!!!

What delay? the season is over and there are no games to play, personally I'd be far more concerned if the club appointed someone just for the sake of a quick decision, no way do we want another Harry Kewell farce for a few headlines, the owners need to make a choice that will take the club forward rather than backwards and if they're really going to give the appointee a big budget to play with then we don't need a Viv Nicholson spend spend spending for the sake of it

I would agree but this is a shorter than usual summer. The season starts on 30th July, so signings and pre-season games will move more quickly. Plus most clubs have got season tickets on sale, maximising the sales period, but not a peep out of our people....

Preston alluded on Twitter that prices of tickets were dropping and would be announced at some point this week
