One thing though. How many of those chanting were season tickets holders? I and others got a great deal on season tickets but if you're a pay on the day type (just as important in my book) they got a whole pound off. I bet the didn't know whether to buy a black jack or a fruit salad!
A bit picky and said with tongue firmly in cheek but not everybody has done as well out of the new pricing as me.
Jim Baker
lol sorry, senior moment, I'm confusing the two esteemed Js
I too at first was very happy with the reduction of the cost of my season ticket and with all the hype predicting a new future but in the second half I really felt miserable watching how disorganised our side was and looking at our numerous management and backroom staff looking at sheets of paper,I couldn't wait for the game to end,was I the only one?
No.
I have never booed the team and I have never left a game early (and never will) but when Tony Craig was sent off I was ready to go and was in a similar frame of mind - the sooner the game is finished the better. I did notice that Betsy spent a good deal of time in the dugout in the second half with two others reading what I thought was an ipad or similar, rather than sheets of paper.
