How to beat Crawley: park the bus in front of the goal, wait for Crawley to give the ball away then get a few marathon runners to sprint the length of the pitch, game won. Easy.
Did anyone see why the Colchester player was red carded? I think it was off-the-ball and the ref missed it too. It looked like he was consulting his lino through his fazer. Was there a dust up near the tunnel as he went off?
unconfirmed altercation with a Crawley sub that may have involved the Col U players head!
Unbelievable all 3 other play off teams lose by 3 and so despite a 1 goal defeat we remain in the play offs. Can someone take the wheels of Doncaster? Both us and Doncaster play Barrow next. Key matches remain. SL must sort defending out and have a plan B but before anything those players havnt become rubbish overnight, he needs to get them believing in themselves - that lack of beat us today not Col U.
Exactly as you say George re the other results plus i don’t think the players woke up today worse players than they were before, they just lacked self belief almost and nerves definitely played a part.
Absolute miracle that all the other teams lost except Doncaster who remain a huge threat.
Two positive things for me today. Adeyemo was brilliant at times when he came on with his tricks and movement plus one of Barrow’s better players got sent off today to weaken them slightly more for Tuesday night.

The second goal we conceded summed up our defending this season. Neither Maguire or Addai took control, and both seemed to be looking to pass the ball rather than boot it out for a corner/throw in. Our defenders need to be told, you don't concede a goal if you boot the ball into touch!

Does anyone know why Crowd today was only 5,223 ?? When it was supposed to be a sell out. I know Colchester took 965, and our crowd against Wrexham was only was 5,500 when that was supposed to be a sellout also and the away end definately was full capacity that day!
Our Capacity is supposed to be 6,124 ?? Why are we not getting nearer 6,000? does anyone know?

I’m guessing you weren’t one of those in attendance as you only go to away games? How was Wrexham on Tuesday?

attendance was actual click of turnstile? Buy a ticket for 2 quid sun is out and maybe some went to the beach instead? Also segregation.
I will only comment on admission charges as I am still fuming over that performance. When you set the admission price it must be the same for home and away supporters. Colchester brought just short of 1000 so we made approx £2000 without their beer money. £5.00 would be far more realistic and they would have still brought the same amount of fans.the price of a pint of beer if you are lucky.
Scott was very honest in assessment. Said team were unprofessional at times, gifted them at least two goals, were unfocused, nervy and need to know when to kick into touch. I would think he gave them a rollicking. Dion certainly looked upset about performance in his interview.
When Corey came out in the second half his body language pointed to a broken man. He will need a big lift before Tuesdays game. If only he had got a firm head onto that last minute corner.
