Morais was sat in the west stand, when asked if he was injured the answer was no just dropped he was a bit surprised that he didn't make even the bench . how the hell he can't get into that squad is a joke .

Also replied to someone on Twitter this afternoon saying he’s fully fit. Also liked a tweet saying that it was ridiculous he was left out. Has Cioffi lost the dressing room? Falling out with senior players, and also last weeks Instagram debacle

could be but i think theres also a question have the two p's in a pod seperated from the rest of the squad? Play yesterday suggested that may be true.
I don’t know what formation we are trying to play but whatever it is it’s not working. We just look like 11 strangers who’ve never met before and just turned up for a game. There is no cohesion or plan going forward and other teams attack us with pace and slice us open through the middle and always have acres of space down the sides. I honestly don’t think the players or even worse the manager know what we are supposed to be doing. Most of our players are good enough for this league but we are being made to look poor by other poor sides. The 2 positives from yesterday were that Willock looks the real deal and will be a real asset once fully match fit and the other is we somehow managed not to lose .
Another puzzle was why, when it was obvious that Francombe was not going to match their big number 10 in the air, did we not switch to let Joe take him? Their goal was embarrassingly easy...
Very true, their forward had just about finished his cigar, before the ball landed on his bonce.

And we never learned from the same move that ended up with them hitting the post earlier on
Well we probably dodged a bullet with this match, the performance was uninspiring but the result was actually good, keeping them 9 points back was a huge relief.
Did the occasion get to the team. Or is Cioffi not working out. Both these remain an open question with answers not clear.
The Morais stuff is worrying but he is not the same player who dazzled on the opening day at Cheltenham. Whether you back Cioffi or not, this is a dilemma for any manager.
I was a bit annoyed that Camera didn’t start as he’s been the revelation of the season. It was his hard work that created the opening for Young, who you just wish would back his pace more often.
Vital goal - sense the mood in the home support would have got quite ugly without it.
We are virtually safe - I hope that gives Cioffi confidence to pick more attacking teams especially at home. ANG needs a run, we need a better partner up for Palmer than Poleon who cannot hold the ball up. Willock looks decent, we surely have to pick one of Payne or Bullman as it leaves our midfield too one paced with both.
Silly mistake by Sesay but his learning curve is good. Question mark over Francomb as CB as he was beaten embarrassingly easy

Your point about Francomb as a CB is a good one and is the reason I don’t like playing a back 3. For me it doesn’t work and I would rather we played a 4-4-2 system.

I would argue going by Palmer's inept performances he needs to be replaced as well as Poleon it is clear both are on the way out with Palmer already having his bags packed
I had seen enough by half time and went home. I saw nothing to inspire me and it is very unlikely that I will return before next season. P minor was going through the motions I doubt that there has ever been a worse player in a Crawley shirt
were you the West Stander hurling insults at him?
No, that was Paul Prendegast. The Same Paul Prendegast who made a lovely little speech to the Straight Red Podcast after the forum about backing the players...!
And as a lovely touch he refused to celebrate the goal because Lewis scored it...
I was telling some younger fans aged 10-13 that 20 years ago Macclesfield Town were Man City's local derby match in the 3rd tier ....they actually couldn't believe it.

funnily enough I was talking to a friend of mine about him, the conclusion was does he actually support the club? Doesn’t seem like it

There is a minority that take delight in shouting abuse at the team/player/management. I don't think some realise they're doing it!
I watch York quite a lot and considering how toilet they've been for the last 3 years their fans are quite restrained!
Crewe next for me, then a rare foray to the PPS for Lincoln.
