so got answer from club, first game all seating , terrace ST will be allocated seat on arrival so yes we have to give our social bubble. terrace open for other games.
good of club to communicate this , thats sarcasm.
Did they state whether you should go to the West or East stand, and which entrance ?. Just I can see confusion here - I suspect there will be signs or stewards on the day though.

I would be interested to know how many are affected i.e. are terrace STH. My guess is they will be accommodated in the East Stand in the 'away' section as its the easiest area you don't need to move anyone else. It might also allow them to stand if they wish though that is also a difficult scenario when some want to stand, some don't and given all the health and safety I would expect Stewards will insist all bums are on seats.
Not looking good for the return of football to some non-league clubs. Lets hope they keep afloat.
It's a bizarre situation with clubs voting to remain suspended (tier 3 no fans, problems getting enough scotch eggs into tier 2 grounds) and then some still going ahead with friendlies (planned to re-start the league campaign), some wanting a 'friendly league', others withdrawing from FA Trophy etc. After the EFL rescue plan surely we now need a non-league rescue plan. To date its been loans not grants largely on offer. The grassroots foundations of football is approaching an existential crisis.
When is the club going to let us know about Saturday one wonders
In what respect? I believe that last season's season ticket is still valid (presumably the electronics will handle this at the turnstiles) - not sure what new STH do though perhaps they were issued a card at the start of the season. I think everyone must be aware masks (unless exempt) required everywhere apart from when seated.

In what respect? I'm a STH and so I would hope the club would let me (and the other STHs) know: are we allowed to stand on the terraces for the game? Or are we all sitting - and in that case which stand? Main stand or circus tent? What seats do I and Mrs N have? I've heard from others there will be staggered entry times to the stadium, and so.... What time do we need to arrive at the ground? Which turnstile? Basic info like that.
Hopefully the club will email STHs with all that this week, so we can all look forward to getting back into the Broadfield and supporting the lads once again. I can't wait

I,m not sure where but this forum has already covered and evidence that terrace STH will be provided a seat. I've no idea where and expect (my guess) it will be East stand away section as that has no seats for home fans normally so easy to apply. I've heard nothing of staggered arrival where did that info come from? Its only 651 and so really is a staggered entry necessary? The club will I suspect have to move some fans due to social distancing and keep fans in bubbles so yeah some fans may need to sit elsewhere and that needs clear communication (Ideally not only on the day), Yes of course clarity from the club would be helpful though.
The club have asked ST holders to pick up bubble tickets which clearly wont be the same seats you have purchased as a ST holder. They better be nearby same block and if im in a front row i would expect a similar position not the back row and vice-versa. There are a lot of ST holders centrally seated in the West Stand so my guess is out of 651, 450 west standers 100 East standers and 101 standing. Not sure of East stand capacity but 201 should easily be accomodated centrally and still have enough distancing. In the West stand if there is only 1200 seats and about 200 are taken out for media and hospitality that leaves 1000 for 450 ST holders, allowing only a seat or 2 (i doubt many bubbles will be more than 2 to a bubble) so that means some west standers pushed right out into the edge blocks (where i very much doubt we have any ST holders) as the club must surely want to avoid having to switch any to the East stand. Not everyone can pick up their bubble tickets before Saturday but if they can it may avoid long queues. If the few hundred membership cards were anything to go by.
Just collected my Bubble Ticket. I am in a bubble of 1. My "proper" seat is in the West Stand south entrance, my "bubble" is in the West Stand north entrance, a couple of rows forward.
I was also given a handout explaining the "rules" and changes. I guess the most unexpected one (to me)is that you cannot bring in a bag over an A4 size - I know some who bring in back packs. If however you have a special medical need you are advised to contact the club beforehand. The rest of it is all common sense, including that you should be prepared to have your temperature taken.
It is what it is. When I bought my ticket back in July I never expected it to be a normal experience this season. I am grateful for the efforts made by the club to get us this far - fingers crossed for a successful pilot and following games.

I’ve just collected mine too and I’m in a bubble of 2 with my grandson. We’re normally in block B in the West Stand but have been moved to the same row but in block A which isn’t ideal but as you say it is what it is and I’m grateful to the club for all their hard work in making this possible. I’ve told my grandson about our new seats and he couldn’t care less as he’s so excited and like the rest of us can’t wait for Saturday to come.
I wonder what the no bag over A4 size is all about and how that relates (if at all to social distancing etc), just curious that's all, it could be that the club have just used this opportunity to sure up what is acceptable and not. I would be interested to know if there is a particular government protocol etc. being followed.
Movement from block to block and North to South seems quite a move away.
Right Im off to get a man bag A4 size you say, so that’s 210 x 297mm square. No idea what I’m going to put in it but I’m going to see if I can find one. Rather daft bringing a suitcase through the turnstiles but there is the potential of someone turning up Saturday to collect a bubble ticket being handed that rules note and being stuck. Poorly timed communication
Anyone know where the 180s are in the East Stand, thats what I have been given as an alternative to my prime seat behind the away dugout in the west stand.
Hope its somewhere the centre llne but i suspect i have been stitched up with a seat that was previously unsaleable in the corner. Should have opened the envelope while at the club.
I know that there will have to be losers in this process but it doesnt half grate paying the highest price for the worst seat in the ground

Outrageous its also a cheaper seat so I would want a refund too. You should keep west stand fans in the west stand that's got to be an expectation

I think all seats in West Stand for STH are same price? i.e. you don't pay more for a central seat and less for a corner block; however the East Stand seats are cheaper. My guess is that in each seated part of the ground the club has to keep at least a row unused in-between and maybe 2 or at least (possible 3) between each bubble of each row. If we only have 1200 seats in the West Stand that must take out at least half of them (down to 600, then gaps in-between may reduce that even more to say my guess is 50% attend alone, 25% in a bubble of 2 and maybe the remaining 25% in bubbles of 3 or more, that may only allow something like the following of 60 seats:
That’s something like reducing the 600 by half again, so somewhere around maybe only 300 STH accommodated in the West Stand. If we have 651 STH, we probably have at least 400 (maybe more) in the West stand so if we can only accommodate 300 STH in the West Stand there must be about 100 (maybe more) that have to move to the East Stand. If I was allocating these seats to do so in the fairest way I would certainly want to retain STH in the West as much as possible and you can get more bums on seats if you are in a larger bubble and it allows more fans to get an outcome they would want.
The club have said they must accommodate their obligation to sponsors etc. but does this have to be in the executive seats? If it does then the available STH seats in the West Stand may reduce even more. The daft thing is we all know as soon as terracing opens fans will not be in their bubbles and will largely merge
