Nadesan is indeed frustrating lots of ability but I suppose he plays in league 2 for a reason and the step up from on-league is still relatively new. His best asset is pace and at times yes use him as an impact player. The larger squad can only help for competition. This isn't a post by the way about having a go at Nadesan I'm very pleased he is a Crawley player. His form dips at times but then isn't that true of everyone?
Yeah he can play a massive part from the bench. Players can have loss of form sure but the main players for us put in 7/ 8 out of 10’s every week. Tunnicliffe, Morris, Hess, Bulman (when he plays), Dallison and Nichols etc. I just don’t think it can be good for team morale if Nadders is strolling around getting frustrated if he’s not happy with the service with his head down, shoulders slumped. Against Leeds and Bournemouth the service was rubbish as well, but they made something of nothing by chasing and pressing. That’s just the way football is sometimes, it’s not easy but you stand tall, take the hits, put your head where you might get hurt and leave nothing on the pitch. I think we’ve an honest hard working bunch so we can turn this around.
My side for Carlisle would be Morris, Francomb, Tunnicliffe, Craig, Dallison, Hess, Powell, Tilley, Maguire-Drew, Matthews and Nichols.
