Would prefer Connoly & McNerney (spelling) in the centre of defence. The routine of Morris passing to Evina who passes to Yorweth who passes back to Morris, repeat 5 times and lose the ball, has to stop. Lump the ball up for fecks sake. We are gonna have to rely on the fitness of Roberts & Enzio to score the goals to keep us up, wish we had a forward like Stead tho. Not sure if I can put up with many more performances like yesterday.

Surely that was one of our problems yesterday we lumped it up too often giving Meite no chance. I am all for playing the ball out but we eventually play it to midfield and Bulman, Smith or whoever then pass it back to Yorwerth as if he is the fulcrum of the side but it is then just lumped aimlessy forward. Smith was anonymous 2nd half yesterday when we needed more than just his arm waving, but the issue I think was as much the managers substitutions and our shape or lack of it! Take the positives out of that lot HK. Oh and BJA is starting his return to the Barnet side by the way!!!
I think we would of won today if Dean Cox had been on the bench....Notts County have only lost one game all season so not surprising we lost. Our season will not be defined by matches against top 5 teams...mind it's a poor division if Notts County are top 5...
Ps I see Michael Brown has been fired by PV tonight. They have only won one game all season....guess who the fall guys were?
Pps I see Redknapp was fired last night after 2 wins in 10.
One of those wins was against the reserves of....guess who?

Highest attendance helped by i suspect lots freebies for the dancers and all...Knotted bounty didnt seem to have any mote than typical 200-300 away support.
It was good to see all those potential new fans but while maybe enjoying the experience they cannot have been thrilled by a dire match? Most worrying HK doesn't seem bothered by our hoofball tactics or the lack of any goalmouth action which might have planted the seed of interest in some of the kids minds. Such a disconnect between what he sees and that seen by the paying customer. I see even the mildest critical comment has been removed from the club's Twitter postings re the match. Ministry of Disinformation at work again?
