As has been pointed out on another thread, very pleased we’re improving the catering facilities but we cannot be charging £10 for a burger on its own. We are in the midst of a cost of living crisis and having done so well with season ticket and match day ticket prices this feels like a real own goal by the club.
The club don’t set the prices for these outlets - they take a fee and the operator sets the price - you can’t blame the club for this - just don’t buy them

but if the club knows the prices are ripping fans off surely they can change the supply outlet

At the Leeds game last season, we saw the pitch being lit up by digital advertising boards. It was great to see. However, do the owners have plans to install these boards permanently? Another great source of income for the club.
How can we improve the advertising around the ground?
One of the priorities for the owners is the introduction of digital advertisement boards around the pitch. There has been a quote for around £400k

As much as we all love going to the ground to watch the game, sometimes it isn't possible for a variety of reasons. As a result, we sometimes want to watch the game online 📺 Going forward, what are the plans for streaming matches for those local and abroad?
What are the plans for streaming matches going forward
There will be a new SKY/EFL TV rights + streaming deal coming next season. No one is sure in what direction this will go hence why the owners aren't spending money on their own streaming platform. Currently, clubs aren't allowed to post highlights of the match on the same day. Hopefully, this changes.

At the Fan's Council, we want to be as transparent as possible. So, as we have had a number of questions in regards to Dannie Bulman's testimonial, we thought we would let you know as to what is happening. We hear you. Hopefully, there will be a proper update soon. 🤞
Any update RE Dannie Bulman's Testimonial?
We are currently chasing the club's staff for a comment RE Dannie Bulman's testimonial match and beneficiary year.

Have the owners assessed the mental health of Kevin as he needs to explain himself re Appiah. Seriously I think he has lost the plot and may need help.

Whenever we go to an away game, we know that there are a number of fans who love it when there is a bar in the away end. 🍺
It is only fair that we also offer this facility. What are the club's plans for this?
Are there any plans to set up a bar in the away end?
Away club fans can use the Redz bar both before and after the game. Eventually building something in the away end may happen but the club need to get clearance at a few levels to sell alcohol and develop over there.

Brighton Women's Football Team have been using the Broadfield Stadium as their home since the 18-19 season ⚽ To boost the revenue that we can get as a club, why is the bar not open for their matches?
Why is the bar not open for brighton Womens on a Sunday?
The main reason for this will be that the staff will be having a day off following the match on the Saturday. The club will take a look at this and everything that surrounds Sunday experiences at Broadfield.

Tom Allman posted on Facebook that this was untrue. The real reasons were that alcohol cannot be served before noon and it wouldn't be cost effective to open.
Curiously the Facebook Post and his reply have now been removed.....

Can you confirm that Crawley fans will still be able to pay to watch matches on a match-by-match basis? I think for most ppl this is the most important aspect. In many ways ifollow is ideal for that, although if all matches, any day, any ko could be purchased on a match-by-match basis that has to be the ideal. Thanks.

We know that it is becoming harder than ever to be able to afford to come to the football! As much as the reduction in ticket prices has helped, it can still be expensive to afford a season ticket in one go 💰 What plans are there to offer payment plans for ST holders?
Are there any plans to run payment plans for season tickets/match day tickets?
There are going to be 5/10 game ticket packages, very soon, which should make coming to matches even cheaper for fans. Before next season, the club plan to do an overhaul of ticketing which should allow for payment plans.

Hi Simon,
Very happy to explain what has happened.
We recieve questions via the form. This goes directly onto a Google Spreadsheet which Preston has access to. When he gets a chance, he goes onto the spreadsheet and adds a comment. As the person running social media, I then take his comment and slightly change the wording to make it more suitable for socials. I then published on our Twitter, Facebook and on here. I then saw the reply from Tom and took the facebook down straight away and was about to take the Twitter and this one done when Preston said "You could leave it IMO there's nothing incorrect there". I thought, as Facebook doesn't get as much interaction as Twitter and here, that I wouldn't bother about posting it on Facebook again as it may look like that we are just trying to hide Tom's answer.
