We still have 6 of the 'MAGNIFICENT 7', so that is a Result as far as i'm concerned. (Lolos,Addai,Kelly1,Kelly2,Williams,Orsi,Wright.)
Only losing 1 of the 'Magnificent 7' is a Result!
If we can Sign 1 Quality Defender and 1 Quality Forward/Attacking Midfielder in the Next 3 weeks then we will be fine next season!
That's two gone. If they get a bid for any of the others over £500,000, I would expect them to sell to fund a squad overhaul. That may be the plan anyway (idea of Moneyball method). Scott once said he was happy to improve them on so that may be what is happening but definitely creates uncertainty and concerns for fans.

I think if us as fans were used to the moneyball method we wouldn't be as fazed by the sale of a top player, maybe its something as fans of a small club we need to get used to
There was an old fella who scored a tap in last weekend in Sunday League in the local park I saw who looked quite good. I’m not sure we’d be able to meet his wage demands of a pint of carling and a bacon roll after every match.
Any further exits will not surprise me in the least as it’s gone far beyond that stage for me already.
My next can’t lose player will be Liam Kelly.
The only daft reason I can think of that he might stay is that he was at the fixtures release breakfast this morning making himself available to fans etc
At least he wasn’t at home waiting for a phone call from his agent or up in a meeting with people from another club.

'In the Region of £650k' ive just read in a Staffordshire Newspaper. That is very good money - you cant blame them for selling for that Money, as long as they are willing to re-invest the Money into CTFC and not into the Cryptos Market with it! Only Time will tell.
The ''MAGNIFICENT 7'' has now become the ''FAMOUS FIVE''.
To me this is definitely the time to give Mukena, Khaleel and Adeyemo far more regular first team starts.
I rate them all highly and I include Khaleel deliberately because even in those matches last season where he featured a bit more coming off the bench, even starting a few games
He is a real talented and skilful young player in the making from the flashes I saw from him on the pitch.
He just needs to be thrown in at the deep end along with the others now in my opinion.

if those 3 were up to L2 they wouldve played more. We are now L1
Agreed Lightblue, Scott said he rated Khaleel at the beginning of last season and then he hardly got a chance. Adeyemo and Mukena also show a lot of promise, and at least we have them for another year. The last two are also still learning the level.
Any players not rated good enough for L1 should probably be sold or failing that loaned out.
With the players saying in the media it was a very happy squad and they loved playing for Scott, I expected most to stay as Jack and Jeremy did. Perhaps that it was partly what Orsi meant when he said he was disappointed the squad did not keep together?
I did think a couple might leave due to location/not playing and a couple of stars be sold, but I hoped we could keep the majority of the squad but it looks like over 50% of the players will be new this year.
On salaries, I hope that Eben has learnt his lesson from two years ago and pays the higher wages to those experienced new players that Scott will play a big role, rather purely on data (Brandon Mason and Tobi Omole were two of the highest paid players when they joined).I hope he has a football expert advising him.
I firmly belief there was a feeling amongst the players that they were open to stay but the club owners didn’t given them what they wanted basically.
Incredibly disappointing.
Heard something on a L1 podcast yesterday (not the club one) which I think made sense to me.
Preston had more of a day to day involvement and love for the club whereas now he’s gone, Eben, the more hard headed business type, has come in taken over the role and not been so “benevolent” or giving towards players contracts.
