Cioffi says he does not feel any pressure but after the last few performances he must be starting to think along the lines that if he cannot get us back to wining way it could be the parting of the ways. This Sunday no one expects us to win but we live in hope so if we lose and its a close game it will be a stay of execution. But loose to Stevenage who are in the bottom two them surly the directors have got to start asking the question change or not. If this run of bad form persists then we will be down with Stevenage's and Morecombe's of this league and historically our form after Christmas is always bad so we will be right in the smelly stuff. The owner and directors have to act sooner rather than later or Cioffi has to turn it round his future is in hands.

Im sure decisions will be made on money and money alone. If attendances drop and the powers that be are convinced this is down to performances and results and then attribute this down to the manager then maybe they will think about it but act, now, no, the biggest thing is Cioff's favour is only one club getting relegated. Im convinced he'll at the very least see the season out.
Actually heard ‘we want Cioffi out’ and ‘you’re getting sacked in the morning’ quite clearly from the terrace where I was in the west stand. Ziya was there today, wonder if he heard it? Quite why we bring on a defender for a defender when we are a goal behind in a cup tie is beyond logic (unless Sesay was injured of course) linesman on the west side had an absolute shocker but Fleetwood brought on a striker at 1-1 and guess what - they won!🙄

Sesay took one in the bollocks and obviously couldn't continue playing at 100%. So bringing on another LB made sense. Why ANG didn't get a run out is puzzling.
It certainly looked an ugly mess outside afterwards. From what I heard and saw fans appeared to want to listen to what the owner said but how as seen in pic on matchday thread so many gathered I dont know. Stewards looked on a bit nervously. He may turn form and results around but even with that Im not it will be enough to save him. His record is diabolical. Far far better managers get sacked with double his win rate.
I think the Stevenage game will be the big decider, fail to win that and I think he'll be gone. Will be slightly harsh to sack him based on a loss to a league 1 team as the final straw.

Its not just this game that supporters want him sacked for its for the performances and results from the past 10 games and how results nosed dived last season. We cannot afford another run of loosing performances like last years after christmas games on top of the last 10 games. We need a manager who is not afraid to change formations and have plan B and if we loose then go down fighting not with a wimper like of late.
Supporters on here said give him a preseason and let him get his own players in well hes had that opertunity and results are no better than last season. Bottom line is he has to go.
