Was very strange performance today as we didn’t seem to want it as much as they did. After all we were coming off of two straight wins and they hadn’t won since last November!
Didn’t see much fire and drive from us. That’s inexcusable.
On another note, was cringy to see SL having to have a go at fans in the West Stand for booing the players.
I’m firmly on his side in that argument.
Was truly embarrassing booing your own team.
I would never boo my team. I have been known to withhold applause though.
It doesnt get much worse. Miserable freezing cold, ref that wouldve been chased off a park game, the worst cheating dirty opponents probably ever, under par performance from everyone except Corey MOM by a million miles. He was sensational. How many fouls not given? Calculator please. Orsi must've been fouled 20 times in that 1st half alone. Yet stats stack up a shooting gallery of Sh1ty shooting from here, there and everywhere. Nasty dirty northern scum. Worrying performance. Outfought by a pub team. Sh1ty literally are sh1t! Not happy at all. Preston Johnson if at the game dig deep please because you cannot say we have enough In the tank with that lot.
No. We can't put that down as an off day. That's being deluded. We were atrocious. Truly fucking awful. Salford are one of the worst teams I've ever seen at the Broadfield. Yet they were still better than us.
They wanted it more. We were second to everything. No passion, no drive, it was all sideways and passing it back to Corey, putting him under unnecessary pressure. Corey played a blinder, he needed to as our defence was non-existent.
The officials were a whole new level of incompetence, matched only by our embarrassing performance. Lindsey still doesn't know how to make effective substitutions. What an utter shit show.
So true about the officials. I was looking straight down at them from my point and watched Orsi being dragged down repeatedly by their defender, blatant handball being denied and fouls given to them when they were clearly the offender during tackles etc.
I wondered if I was in some parallel universe watching something that others saw so differently. Was mind blowing to watch.
I will struggle to see a worst performance by officials.
Wasn’t the main reason we lost but was certainly significant
Blatant shirt pulling on Orsi but he probably overdid the falling to the ground everytime!

Like I said earlier 35 shots against us in 90 minutes is the worst since 2019.
But the disturbing thing was they had 29 shots in the first 69 minutes and no change of formation or NOT 1 substitute used before the 70th minute. Scott's Plan 'B' is the by FAR the worst part of his ''Management Skills'' and needs addressing quickly.

Think pub team beat the park team today but lets just move on and put it behind us

I wouldn't boo my own team but not sure manager should be berating fans who travelled to Bradford and probably to Peterborough as well. At least he had the humility to applaud the fans at the end including us in the west stand The fans were fed up as was he - a bad day for all
“Worst performance I’ve seen since I’ve come here”..
SL gets it spot on in his post match reaction.
5 mins 40 in to the interview he mentions the altercations with fans.
I say again, I’m totally embarrassed to have been sitting next to people having a go at players then SL.
As he says himself, we are doing so well this season and “don’t have such short memories against what happened last year “. He’s also been man enough to apologise to fans for those arguments with them.

I knew you'd come out with something like that. Continually fouled, and you focus on how he falls over. Priceless.

Yes, Orsi's treatment was poor. The problem was that he looked to be playing on it even when it was marginal, so that may have influenced the ref in the opposite direction.

Anyone know did the ref get off that pitch ok? shocking performance, as for the team dont get me started. Corey step aside and enjoy the champagne you deserve every drop.

As George said, a foul is a foul. And these were blatant fouls. You can't not give them because of how the player falls over.
Poor performance. We were outfought and outplayed by Salford. They pressed us high up the pitch, stopped us playing out from the back and won all the second balls. We had no plan B at all. What was most frustrating was that their finishing was woeful and the only way they could’ve scored was when we gifted them a goal.
They were a really dirty team though and the ref never got hold of the game. Thought he was one of the worst reds I’ve seen in ages. Their manager is a wrongun seem to remember he was a nasty angry so and so in a 2-2 draw with MK Dons 10 years ago.
Salford have got to be the most odious team in the league.
