This isn’t meant as a dig at our club re signings but I was amused to read an article yesterday about Birmingham City.
Apparently they’ve spent more on transfers already in the close season than 22 out of the 24 clubs in the Championship.
Gives us all a reminder of the kind of company we will be keeping in League 1 but also makes me excited for the kind of big clubs that we’ll be seeing roll up at the Broadfield Stadium.
Can’t wait.
