For Me, and I am guessing for Most Crawley Fans 2 Very Important Facts have been made CLEAR this season:-
1/ John Yems is one of the Top 10 Football Scouts in the Football League (Without a Doubt), and having him at the Helm will always secure League Football for CTFC because of his Good Signings Each Season. Despite his Tactical Weaknesses as a Manager (Especially in the 2nd Half of Games), and despite his Stubbornness on Some Issues, I think it is a No Brainer to Offer him a 5 year Contract to Secure League Football for 5 more years and hope his Management Tactics Improve!
2/ Joel Hanington (Lead Fitness Coach at CTFC) needs to be shown the Door ASAP. Too Many Injuries & Too Many 2nd Half Fitness Issues this season have proven that. And Maybe the 1st Team Coach & Lee Bradbury need to be shown the door also.
Something Needs to Change Quickly on the Fitness Issues & Tactical Issues....

players have had covid how does your calculator deal with long term effects?
Most Teams in League 2 have had Numerous Players with Covid!
You know what I am saying above is True George, just admit it! Even last season with Josh Wright in the Team we used to hold on until half time, then capitulate 2nd half. Its been happening for 13 months now. Fitness Coach(es) need(s) to go!
What a shower of sh1t that was Yems. You bring in two duds that were incapable of lasting the game then you order your troops to surrender in the corner waving the white flag. Stand up and be counter Yems you lost us 2 points today.
just shows its a game of opinions but I thought Hutchinson looked lost at times
It sure does. For me the new forward had a quiet game and I’d be looking for more from him to keep his place in the starting 11. Hutchinson though I’m excited by
WTF did Hutchinson do to excite you? Serious I wanna know. He and the other dud Yems played were not up to it. To add insult to the points thrown away who was booked in the dug out?
9pm and still no Yems Reaction yet! Hmmmmm - I think he might give today's post match interview a miss!
He ought to Thank Tilley, Nicholls, Tunnicliffe & Tsaroulla for their Good Performances, give them sunday off, and have the rest in for training tomorrow with himself included!

Yes we really don't have that much understanding at the moment in the effects that getting Covid can have on players' fitness because of the time frame, you'd imagine that there is research being conducted in this area though somewhere. And I don't think getting rid of one member of staff will magically solve the injury crisis, it often is a culmination of loads of different factors that can lead to injuries all happening at the same time or regularly

I know you post more repeats than the BBC had to show over the pandemic.
1. We are an established football league club. 2. We are not getting relegated. 3. We haven't gone under despite the most challenging recent times the club and football has ever had.
My glass is half full. Gonna enjoy the remainder of my pint knowing despite a frustrating at times game of football, it was enjoyable to cheer on the team I support alongside Alex. All things considered, we ain't doing that bad.

He was creative, had a good eye for a pass, decent physical presence for a youngster and always looking for work. You are pretty good at adding insults all by yourself, by the way
