When I bought my season ticket I was well aware of the risks but decided to support the club. I didnt need to scure my seat as I prefer terraces.
However what I was not aware of, was that ifollow would charge a lower price than I pay for purchasing a season ticket. This has left me feeling totally ripped off. I could have saved a fortune by not buying season ticket.
That said one good thing my experience with ifollow is that I know never to pay for it should normal service resume in the future.
Yes good point I was basing my comments mostly on those of us gentrified oldsters in the stands !

It is a rip off. Club, EFL, someone needs to redress this. Its likely to be an entire season or virtually where season ticket holders are paying more. Thats a rip off. I do appreciate clubs are struggling, but fans do a lot to support the club, but even after not cashing in the refund of remaining matches last seadon, we are still paying more. Its not right. Its a rip off.
The club did state that they would do something to redress the situation once fans are allowed back into the stadium - depending upon the number of games lost to get a reduced season ticket next season - Statement from the club on the 24th July
just to add - we have 3 season ticket holder’s in the house, as we watch the game together we only need the one home match pass - but we do save on the away games each only having to pay once every 3 matches

Thanks Alain. The 24th July statement has clearly been forgotten. If anyone has a copy/link do please post it here.
Alex has said in todays matchday thread ifollow should be renamed iscam - is he far off the mark? Well not when you've paid for something, looked forward for it, set time aside etc etc and it doesn't work and most certainly is unreliable. Its utter nonsense the rubbish they spout on the chat. Its unreliable an to the point I cant see its worth the disappointment of paying for any more matches for them not to work and the anxiety it brings about watching he math that the sound/picture will disappear at any moment. I am working on a letter to my MP, central government, EFL and the club so if any fans want to add any additional complains not already posted herein - get in touch here and add your remarks if you would like to I am also going through other club forums and social media and looking at other evidence that the service is not fit for the purpose. I am not happy doing this as legally (And I will need to check that out more too) my beef might be with the club that effectively sold me the service. The club are of course just at the mercy of what is provided to them and Im sure they would love to get all the issues resolved.
I get that Jim but am asking why the email sent out yesterday by the club had a link referring to the old system of sending out codes while the correct information (?) link circulated before the last home game now produces a 404 error

was that the same email or maybe a different one that said 3pm ko in email header, but then correctly 1.30pm in body of message. I know mistakes happen but anyone that read that thinking i dont need to open it (im a season ticket holder) so auto deletes, then signs in at 3pm would be well annoyed!
Yes that confused me too! Not being hard on the club as we know they’ve had to pare back off field resources - but be good if these details could be got right
just when i thought the ifollow experience couldnt get worse they prove me wrong, theres nothing more likely to make me turn to piracy than stupid anti piracy banners obscuring what ive paid to watch
