Has anyone else received a "test email for ifollow codes" with no code contained within and no explanation what this is? Sent from Gavin and Signed Tom? It refers to the Scunthorpe match. This ifollow service is absolutely dreadul as i experienced Saturday. No communication. I missed a large chunk of the start Saturday. Anyway back to the point of this thread...Im assuming this is some sort of test of email addresses to later send the real code to? If it is or whatever it is its shockingly communicated. I thought the club was working on a limited number of fans back in the stadium this month. I don"t believe that is possible now.
I too received the email and having sent back a response got a note back saying it was a test. I’m not sure how the club know that they have the right email address, as often there is no bounce back if an incorrect address is used. I assume though that legit members already get other mails so there should not be a problem. As I have 2 tickets in my name, I wonder if I’m just getting one code, the other ticket I use for friends and colleagues.
I had two emails as one of my sons does not have an email address as he uses mine - so assume that one is for him - also he doesn’t have a phone so they couldn’t text it to him
I have received the free season ticket code from the club and I have just registered with Ifollow what I did find disconcerting was that I had to enter my credit card details and it looked like they were charging me £10 but the bottom line was discount £10. I have now received an email from Ifollow to say I am registered for Saturdays match. Does anyone know what time they start streaming I hope it’s not 3-00pm because from other fans experience it seems to take some time to start up.

I found it strange that I had to enter my credit card details before the code worked as well, very odd. The stream normally starts about 5 minutes before kick off.
Its a shambles nothing less. The service should come with a user guide and be operational 30 mins before ko so you can adjust settings get the technical side up and running. The online chat 'works' but no one answers it. The communication is dreadful but its early days i will tune in with a half full glass and hope to enjoy a football match i never wanted to see (in this way)!
