For many football fans, we like to make a day of going to a football match. Half of the fun is having a pre-match drink, some food and a chance to socialise. To help with this, some clubs have a fan zone!
Are there any plans to create a fan zone at the Broadfield Stadium?
The club staff have done a phenomenal job developing a plan for a fan zone. A fencing company is going to start building behind the East Stand where the ambulances used to be fairly soon. This will be the start of a fan zone area for the club.

Two questions for the price of one today! We know how to treat you
One question that has often done the rounds on social media RE Crawley Town is why the club shop/ticket office is not ever opened on a Wednesday.
What is the deal with the club shop/ticket office not being open on a Wednesday?
The club treasure their staff and know how much work they do within the club, both during the week and on a Saturday.
As a result, Wednesday's are their day off having worked on the Saturday.

Quite frankly I think the clubs ticketing arrangements are poor and disorganised.
I was able to get a ticket online on the Aldershot website for the pre season friendly a few hours before kick off and was immediately given a mobile ticket with a barcode I was easily able to scan on the turnstile with no touble. Bear in mind this is non league Aldershot and it was a friendly game!
I've had numerous issues over the past 2 years buying tickets from the club. I used to have a season ticket before Covid for about 15 years from being a junior red to now being in my late twenties so ticketing was never an issue as my Dad was able to sort both our season tickets for us.
I've bought tickets to print and thought you would easily be able to scan the barcode on the gate from your phone considering even mobile hot dog vans now seem to insist on contactless payments and QR codes as does eveywhere else these days so I thought it wouldn't make a different if it was scanned from a piece of paper or mobile phone. I was told when I got to the gate and it didn't scan to go to the tiket office to print it out, about 10 minutes before the game so I tried the turnstile next door and although it again didn't scan luckily the guy on the turnstile let me through anyway as he could see I had clearly bought a ticket.
I've also bought tickets online to have them delivered to my home address and paid the extra £1.50 or whatever to have them delivered, but they've never arrived half the time so I've ended up having to phone the lcub up and ask them to print it off so I can collect. I didn't even ask for the £1.50 or whatever postage charge to refunded I just wanted my tickets.
For this Saturday's game V Stevenage I didn't even have the choice to collect the tickets so paid the extra charge to have them delivered and again they haven't turned up so I phoned and asked them print off so I can collect.
I have two questions;
1) Why can we not be provided with a mobile ticket to scan on the turnstile when even non league temas do this?
2) Why can you not choose the option to collect the tickets on the website?

This is an answer we gave previously about ticketing:
Short-term: The owners have invested in 3 new computers to help with the current ticketing system
Long-term: The club have plans to build or partner with a third-party platform for online ticketing eventually but wasn't obtainable for the start of the season.
When I have been to a Crawley home game, I've always done the "print from home" and just loaded it up on my phone which would the scanned. The tip would be to make sure brightness is up as high as it could go.
I'm not sure why you can't pick up tickets now but I will ask

did the club slip £1:50 refund in the envelope with your ticket?

On Saturday I asked one of our rep's what was happening about Danny Bulman's testimonial only to be ignored if this is the way fans are treated then i think this fans council is a waste of time and just a job for people who want power but can't be bothered to talk or answer fans.
