Since Wagmi took over, Crawley have been slow to announce first signing (normally 22-26 June), but then start signing players. I wouldn't be surprised if the same thing happens this time, as they seem to like to analyse all their data before they start negotiations.
I am surprised we had so many players in negotiation this year. If we wanted them, why didn't we sort out deals earlier in the season, rather than face losing most of them now.
One of the reasons might be Wagmi being cautious after offering 10 players new 2 year contracts just after taking over, only to get rid of most of them within a year when it was decided they did not fit in to the style of play wanted. With relying on data to choose players, if the data changes, or team plays differently, player may not longer suit way team plays.
